Our Premises
The Gastronomy Center is housed in an atmospheric ‘canava’, an old wine cellar, that has been thoughtfully repurposed to welcome our guests in an enchanting space that pays tribute to the remarkable heritage of Santorinian architecture, its wine tradition and folk culture.
